Mission & Standards

Mission: Protect life, resolve critical incidents and provide disciplined tactical support while maintaining high-quality roleplay.

Every Tactical Division member is expected to act professionally, follow command structure, communicate clearly and use appropriate force for the situation.

Division Structure

The Tactical Division operates through a clear command structure. Rank and role determine responsibility during deployments.

Team LeaderLeads tactical teams and manages scene objectives.
OperatorPerforms assigned tactical duties and maintains readiness.
RecruitTraining status; operates under supervision.

Training Requirements

Members must demonstrate competency before receiving specialist responsibilities.

Training is roleplay-focused. Follow your server's rules and do not treat real-world tactical information as a substitute for professional training.

Operations

Before deployment

Confirm objective, command, team assignments, equipment, communications and extraction/medical contingencies appropriate to the server scenario.

During deployment

Stay with your team, maintain radio discipline, follow the designated commander and prioritize safe, believable roleplay.

After deployment

Secure equipment, report relevant incidents and complete an after-action review where required.

Equipment

StandardDuty radio, body armour, medical supplies and approved patrol equipment.
SpecialistOnly issued to trained members for approved scenarios.
VehiclesUse department-approved tactical vehicles and follow server vehicle policies.

Radio Procedures

  1. Identify yourself or unit when needed.
  2. Keep transmissions concise.
  3. Do not talk over emergency traffic.
  4. Use your server's designated emergency and priority codes.
  5. Keep command informed when the situation changes.

Conduct & Discipline

Zero tolerance: harassment, discrimination, metagaming, powergaming, abuse of rank and intentionally poor-faith roleplay are subject to disciplinary action under server rules.

Discipline should be fair, documented and consistent with the FiveM community's staff and department policies.

Applications are open when announced by department command. Candidates should demonstrate maturity, communication and a willingness to learn.
